Return Policy: Crystals at this shop are sold as is. This shop does not offer returns or exchanges. We also do not reimburse lost or missing crystals.

Please use caution & care when opening your order. Some items are small or fragile. I strongly recommend unpacking on a flat and clean surface.

When purchasing from this shop, the customer agrees that use and purchase of the product is entirely at customers own risk. Our products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.

I use USPS to mail crystals. USPS is a separate entity from Etsy. Please note, our processing time is separate from USPS, and we are not responsible for delayed transit times from USPS. If your order is below 250.00, it may be covered under Esty's protection program.

Etsy and my shop are not responsible for lost mail or stolen mail. However, please read about the Etsy Protection Plan -items under 250.00 may be covered, please contact me for more information.

I usually accept cancellations within 24 hours. This is the time period before a shipping label has been created. However, once I create a shipping label, cancellations are no longer accepted under any circumstances. Please contact me ASAP if you made an error.

We are a small shop with very limited resources, we are not able to reserve or hold crystals at this current time. It is also very important for us that we provide a fair shopping experience to all shoppers, therefore, we do not negotiate or reduce prices that are already set in place. All items are sold as is.

Under certain exceptions, we may hold or honor a special request from an established customer. This is done on a case to case basis and depending on the situation.

Crystals are minerals that took millions of years to come into form, many times they will not be perfect. Crystals at this shop may have blemishes, divots, scratches or marks, this is natural and normal.

Only raw specimens are in its purest form as a natural product. Polished crystals including points, spheres & carved shapes have been cut from its natural shape and have been saturated with polishing solution by the supplier.

I will do my best to point out marks or imperfections on the description. It is very important you read and understand the description of the crystal before purchasing. By purchasing from earthgrows, you agree that you are purchasing an imperfect product.

All shipping packages are reused and recycled plastics, tissue paper and foam ( NO packing peanuts). I encourage my customers to please continue to reuse shipped materials. All packages are shipped very securely. I use 3 to 4 layers of protection. If you wish to not use foam, please contact me directly. Unfortunately, I will need to use recycled/reused bubble wrap, this is to insure your item will not break.

YES. All our products are ethically sourced and fair trade. I only support suppliers are are established in the business and practice ethical and moral work practices.
Our main suppliers come from Brazil, China, Mexico, Peru and Madagascar.

I do not offer Gift Wrapping at this time. Choosing the 'gift option' will only prevent a paid receipt to not be included in your package.

By purchasing from Earthgrows, you are agreeing to our shop polices and the terms of agreement from both Etsy and my shop. At the event I feel my policies are not respected, or the buyer is not respecting me, I do reserve the right to not offer service.
