What can I do if I entered my mailling address incorrectly?
Be sure to check your shipping address. Contact us within 4 hours of purchase for corrections. After that, your order has already gone into production and the address can't be changed. We are not responsible for shipping to the incorrect address. Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment is processed.
My package was lost or stolen in transit.
If your package is lost or stolen, I always recommend reaching out to your local USPS service first. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, I will do my best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.
What can I do if my order was damaged during shipping?
If there's any issue with your order before leaving a review please allow us to make things right. Contact us through Etsy messaging along with your order number, your name, and a photo of the item and the outside of the package. All products that are damaged will be replaced as long as the following criteria are met. Contact us first so we have an opportunity to help resolve the issue. If you wish to use Etsy's Purchase Protection program that is also an option seen here (https://www.etsy.com/etsy-purchase-protection).
