All of my jewelry is made with .925 silver and/or fine silver unless otherwise stated.
Silver will tarnish when not worn regularly, but a simple polish with a polishing cloth will brighten the silver back up (use caution when polishing around any stones). See link in the item’s listing details under care info for a polishing cloth I use!
I recommend that you remove your ring(s) before participating in any hard work or play involving your hands, such as exercising, cooking, gardening, and dragon training. Use caution to avoid catching any part of the ring on fabrics.
Try to avoid contact with liquids, creams, and cleaners. Store in a safe place away from harsh light and moisture.

Any item may be returned unaltered and undamaged minus a 25% restocking fee. A refund will not be offered if the issue could have been avoided by thoroughly reading through item details, care info, shipping info, and FAQ sections. Please read through them to avoid any misunderstandings!
I will not replace items that have been damaged through your neglect, improper use, or improper care.
The refund will be processed once the item is back in my hands in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items MUST be shipped with tracking.
You have up to SEVEN (7) DAYS from the date of delivery to contact me with any concerns, after that I will not consider any type of return.

Each item is packaged by me in 100% eco-friendly packaging.
I DO NOT include a printed invoice in your package. If you would like one included or a personalized note, please state so in the ‘Notes to Seller’ section during checkout.
I do my best to ship items out asap but please understand once the package leaves my hands, I have no control over how long it will take to get to you, therefore I cannot guarantee shipping times. Please double check that your delivery address is correct during checkout.
Allow me 1-3 business days of receiving payment to arrange shipment. You will receive tracking once the item is on its way to you!
