NON-HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
I ship anywhere from 2-10 business days after payment is made, barring any unforeseen circumstances. This means that your order will be freshly hand crafted and shipped anywhere from 2 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS after your order is received (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in business days.) Most items are made to order because I want you to have freshly made products instead of stock that has been sitting on a shelf for for weeks or months. It takes me anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to make your order fresh, depending on how many orders I already have waiting ahead of you. I am a small one person grandmom cottage industry, not a factory with manufacturing and shipping departments, so your patience is appreciated in advance while I personally handcraft and package your item. Notice will be given in advance for shipping schedule changes or delays due to vacations, holidays, illness etc.

We are a small artisan cottage industry committed to handcrafting a growing line of small-batch, plant and mineral based all natural, truly organic skin care and body, bath and home goods using old school traditional knowledge. We strictly avoid the use of any petrochemicals, chemical preservatives, manmade dyes or laboratory concocted fragrances in our recipes. If it can't be made without artificial preservatives, we don't make it. If the aroma or color isn't extracted from a flower, herb, fruit, or veggie we don't use it. Fair Trade practices and sustainably harvested ingredients are a top priority with us as are animal welfare rights and concerns. All of our packaging is made from sustainable natural recycled or upcycled reusable materials such as wood, glass, metal, paper, cardboard etc. If by now you are thinking we are committed eco-warriors, you would be right!
