The swatches are lovely, and as described, except that two different swatches are labeled "Melange Grey!" One of them is green-ish more than gray. (We are all human! I'm planning on ordering curtains from here.)

PRODUCT INFORMATION

- All our home textiles: linen couch covers, linen bedding, linen curtains and kitchen linens are HANDMADE (made only after the purchase).
- All Easy Linen Crafts products are made from OEKO-TEX certified 100% linen, which ensures the human-ecological safety of textile products in all stages of production (raw materials and fibers, yarns, fabrics, end products). Products that are OEKO-TEX certified are absent of allergenic dyes, pesticides, heavy metals and other harmful substances.

CARE INSTRUCTION

• Washing: Machine wash at 30°C / 86°F on a gentle cycle. Wash separately or with similar colors.
• Drying: To avoid shrinkage, we recommend air-drying. If you choose to use a tumble dryer, use the lowest heat setting and remove while still slightly damp.
• Ironing: Use steam to remove wrinkles or iron on medium heat while the linen is still a bit damp.
• Do not bleach.
• Note: Natural linen may shrink by approximately 4–5% after the first wash, especially if tumble-dried. If you want to avoid shrinkage completely, please air-dry only or choose professional dry-cleaning (no shrinkage).

ORDERS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

- We offer worldwide free standard delivery with trusted courier services to ensure every order gets to your doorstep safely.
- We accept custom sizes for all our products which are made to order. Please contact us.
- To make changes to an existing order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We apologize, but we cannot make changes to custom orders or already made/ shipped items.
- The buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- To cancel your order, please email us in 24h. We apologize, but we cannot cancel already made/ shipped items or custom orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - NOT ACCEPTED

Each item in our shop is made to order — we cut the fabric and sew it especially for you after your purchase. We do not keep items in stock, which is why we’re unable to accept returns.
We kindly ask our customers to shop responsibly and sustainably. Because of the wide range of custom sizes and color variations we offer, returned items cannot be resold and would remain unused in our studio.

PRODUCT SAFETY WARNINGS

1. Choking Hazard: Some products contain small parts (e.g., buttons) that may pose a choking risk. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Adult supervision required.
2. Suffocation Risk: Plastic packaging materials are not toys. Keep them away from babies, children, and pets to avoid suffocation. Dispose of responsibly.
3. Strangulation Hazard: Items with drawstrings, ties, or cords (e.g., aprons, bags) may pose a strangulation risk. Use with caution, especially around young children.
4. Flammability: Linen is a flammable natural fiber. Keep it away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.
5. Allergen Notice: Made from natural plant fibers, linen is hypoallergenic for most, but review materials if you have sensitivities.

CERTIFIED SAFETY – OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100

All our fabrics are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. This means the fabrics have been tested and verified to be free from harmful levels of more than 100 substances known to be hazardous to human health. Our commitment ensures that our textiles are safe for you and your family.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

We prioritize eco-friendly production methods and materials. While some shipping packaging may include plastic components, we strongly encourage buyers to recycle or dispose of packaging responsibly in accordance with local regulations.

EU REGULATION COMPLIANCE
