1 out of 5 starsI purchased the document “Ducati Monster 1200 manual 2016–2017–2018–2019 pdf”. However, after downloading it, I noticed that the file received does not match my order. Instead, it appears to be the “2016 Ducati Monster 1200R (E4) Service Manual”, which is a different document. I have informed sales support, and they have refunded the purchase amount.
