Custom and personalized orders
No custom or personal orders. The items in the shop is what's currently available.
What if an item already shipped to the wrong address?
Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy/Paypal. Please check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout. Anything returned to us due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
Where's my package?
We usually send packages out the day they are ordered, or the next business day. It is frustrating, and you can open a lost mail claim if your package isn't traveling. We have the same tracking info that you are provided with.
Sizing details
Each ceramic piece is unique, due to the handmade nature of the process. There are several variables with the clay, glaze, and kiln process that cannot be predicted. We have done our best at photographing all angles of the pieces to give the best representation. We also describe the details in the description as thorough as possible. If you would like more photos, or if you have any questions, please send us a message.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within' 3 days of receiving the package, along with photos and a video of the damaged item with the original packaging. Please keep the original packaging to send the item back to us to analyze the damage. A refund will only be given once we receive the physical item back.
