Gift wrapping and packaging

Most items come wrapped in tissue paper or in organza bags. I do not offer additional gift wrapping.

Sizing details

Sizes are included in every listing. Please verify the measurements prior to purchasing. For example: for a hat, measure around your head a little above your brow. Do not pull the measuring tape tight. If your head measures 24" and the hat expands to 23" then it will be too small.

Is your environment smoke and pet free?

All items are created in a smoke and pet free home studio. Cats and dogs do live in our house, but they aren't allowed into my craft room. As additional preventative measures, I keep materials and finished products in totes. Despite precautions, I cannot 100% guarantee an allergic reaction will not occur, and thus, will not be held liable if such a response happens.

Do you refund shipping?

In rare cases, shipping charges are not correctly calculated. If there is a significant difference between actual shipping and what you paid, I will automatically issue a refund for the overage.

Wholesale availability

I am not offering wholesale at this time.

What should I do if my package hasn't arrived?

Please first check the tracking information, which can be found on Etsy in your order history. If the package is marked as delivered, start by thoroughly checking any places the postal carrier might have stuck it. Also, check with family members and neighbors to see if anyone accidentally picked it up or moved the package.

Once we place an order in the mail, we do not have access to any more information than you do. If you experience a shipping delay or cannot locate the package, please contact your local post office or mail carrier. You could also use the USPS 800 number to open a case.

Of course, if you have any difficulty finding this information or contacting the post office, please let me know and I will be glad to assist.
