Just putting it out there and learning as we go!
We have travelled to so many shows as "shoppers" - the NFR, Houston Rodeo, The American, you name it, we have made an appearance. We finally decided it might be better to be makers and sharers and kicked around the idea of a leather work shop out of our home for a few years. It was time to just do it!
Derek is a firefighter and has done it all (Erin here, writing this blurb for him because I think he is simply amazing). He served combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, has been a stock contractor and rancher, he rode bulls and cow punched (when he was young enough to do those things!!) and currently dabbles in some pretty gnarly paintball on the side.
I promise I am not nearly as interesting, but am pretty creative and enjoy outrageous DIY projects and making Derek roll his eyes at my next idea. I am an educator by trade, but currently work in healthcare providing mental health outreach to my community. I am a volunteer firefighter and mom to some amazing grown children. I do NOT play gnarly paintball with Derek, but I am a great equipment manager, photographer and cheerleader.
We are active in our church, our community and are always looking for opportunities to serve those around us.
We are leading with our "Ogallala Bound" collection and will be adding more items and a greater variety of items as we go and grow. We will expand into some pretty interesting areas, so you may want to stay tuned to see what's in store! (Literally)
