Our Products Manufacturing Process
All products are carefully handmade in our studio. Small items took 1-3 days to handmake, and bigger items(Cat hammocks/big Macrame hangings) needed 3-7 days to handmake carefully.
Our International Logistics Delivery
We use reliable international express to work with local post offices in various countries to complete the delivery. The real-time location information will be displayed on your order page, and you can easily track the delivery process in the buyer center.
About Shipping fees:
Most of the products in this shop are delivered everywhere for free. Some countries' orders need to pay a small shipping fee based on weight, due to geographic location.

Our After-Sale Guarantee

No Reason to Return：
Please return the item to our store's address by yourself. Kindly contact us for the Store address. When we receive the return will fully refund the price of the item.
Refund in the following cases:
a: If the product is damaged due to long-distance travel, we provide a full refund.
b: If the product is not received within 20 working days after the normal delivery time,
we will provide a full refund to you, and the product will be given to you as a gift for free.
Under what circumstances do we not provide refunds?
a: The customer made a mistake in filling in the address, but we delivered the product to the address according to his command, and the website shows that the item delivery was successful. In this case, we cannot provide a refund. It is recommended that you contact us as soon as you find that the address is incorrect.
b: The customer receives the product and does not like this product for no reason. He can choose to return the product to us. We cannot provide a full refund if the item has not been returned to us. Earnestly request your kind understanding.
For special events, the tracking information on Etsy shows that the item has been delivered successfully, but you have not yet received it.
A: Based on the trust in our international express partner and the local post offices in various countries, we believe this product must have been delivered to the destination if the tracking information shows it was "delivered successfully".
When you are at home, the item will be signed face-to-face by you.
When you are not at home, the local couriers may place the item in your mailbox. It is recommended that you take a look at your mailbox at first.
B: If you have not found the product after checking your mailbox, please feel free to contact us. We will provide you with the contact information of the local post office, and you can call them to clarify the delivery-specific location of the item.
C: Finally, if you confirm that the item has been stolen or falsely claimed by others, please ask the local post office for a certificate of unsigned receipt and provide it to us. We will give you a full refund upon receipt.
