Where can I find my template?
After purchase, Templett.com will send a link to the email address associated with your Etsy account. Click the link in the email to set-up your Templett account and access your template.
If you already have a Templett account, you will NOT receive an email; simply login to your Templett account to access your new template.
Is the text editable?
Yes! The text is 100% editable on the majority of our templates. If for some reason the text isn't editable, it will be made clear in the listing description.
What can't be changed?
The orientation of the template, the size of the template, and color of the artwork cannot be edited or modified. Be sure to try the free demo link located in the item description! Anything that can be edited in the demo can be edited on the real template.
Can I add my own photos, logos, or graphics?
Of course! Use the "Elements" tab on left side menu to upload your photos. Once uploaded, click the image and it will appear on your template. Try it out in the free demo located in the item description to see how easy it is!
How do I print?

Can I send electronically?
Absolutely! After editing, download as a JPEG or PNG and send to your guests via email, text, and/or social media.
Do your templates expire? Is there a limit on downloads?
Nope! Whether your event is tomorrow or in a year- your template(s) will be available to use whenever you are ready. Each template comes with an unlimited number of edits and downloads. Edit & download as many times as you need!
I'm having trouble editing on mobile, what can I do?
Templett has some mobile editing capabilities but they still recommend using a computer for access to all features & for best results. You could also try another browser on your phone to see if that helps.
I edited my template but, I'm having trouble downloading. It looks like it begins downloading, then never finishes. What can I do?
This is usually due to a browser issue. To ensure all runs smoothly on the computer I like to recommend a few things. First, make sure your browser is updated with the latest version of the browser. Templett seems to work best in Google Chrome. Second, clear all your cookies & cache files. These usually works for me when Templett is running slow. If all else fails, I would try to use a different browser or restarting the computer.
