So first off, customer service was great. The seller got back to me very quickly when I reached out & they corrected an issue for me and it got delivered quite quickly. The issue is the picture is not the level of quality that I got. There seems to be two models of foehammer that are usually available for sale, one around 75-120ish, & one more expensive like 400-700 dollar range very detailed version. This is definitely the lower end version, which I think since it said it was a sale (I assumed it would be this way but) normally like 300+ & on sale for 100, I took a gamble and ended up my hunch was right. Thats not to say I am completely disappointed, for what it is its fine. The main problem is that the sword did come with a slight bend at the tip and one of the gems fell out within 20 minutes. Overall its a fine costume piece
