Hayden was so responsive and promised to get me my custom cups before our event even though I placed the order 2 weeks before! I just paid a little bit extra for expedited shipping and it was very reasonably priced n They were so responsive and assured everything would work out even though I was anxious about it. Such great customer service and can’t recommend it enough. Our guests absolutely loved the cups!!

Sadly the cups did not arrive in time for the party. I do not think this was the fault of the provider, but maybe because of weather.
