4 out of 5 starsThe item is great and very well made but due to the design of the legs, it can’t stand on its own. You have to anchor it to the wall. I wish I had known that because I don’t want to put holes in my walls.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful shelves, they are just what I was looking for. They are sturdy and exactly as described. I would say about 4 -5 hardware pieces were damaged in shipping and could be wrapped better but not super noticeable unless you look closely.

Frequently asked questions
Return policies - Return Goods Authorization number and time frame requirements
You must request a return and we will issue you an
RGA number. Without an approved RGA, we will not issue credit. All custom orders are non returnable. All other items are made to order and subject to a 20% restock fee for resalable products if a return is requested. Additionally, you will not be refunded the outbound shipping charges that I absorbed in the transaction, as well as the return shipping to my shop.
I recommend that you use a new shipping carton. Attempting to use the original carton may lead to damages. We can't refund you on damaged products. The returned package should not have a signature requirement. We are at custom installs frequently and may not be able to sign for you package.
Cancellation details
All of our products are made to order. Cancellations will not be accepted after the items are in production status, which is one day after your order is placed. If you have a pressing issue, please convo us. If we not too far into the production process, we might be able to cancel your order with a 30% cancellation fee.
Shipping location limitations & Signature Requirements
We ship within the lower 48 United States, which our internal shipping rates are based on. For orders from Alaska, Hawaii and APO's, we will contact you at the time of shipping, if our shipping cost will not cover the cost of shipping to those remote locations.
If you feel that your order needs a signature during the delivery, please add a Note to Seller with your order with those instructions. It will increase the cost of shipping to you, but some of our customers feel that it's important for their physical location.
Shipments that are damaged are not my shops issue. They are the carriers fault and the claims will be handled by UPS or USPS. If your item is damaged, please keep the shipping carton.
Sizing details
Wood dimensions vary within the lumber industry.
An example is a 2"x10" board is really 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" x 9 1/4" after planing at the wood mill. If you need exact dimensions for a custom order, please contact us to discuss. We advertise most of our shelf depths and lengths as actual dimensions to reduce confusion for customers that don't purchase wood very frequently.
Shipping Address updates after order entry.
We are not responsible for increased shipping costs or delays in shipping due to inaccurate information. Attempts to update shipping information on Etsy's conversation program doesn't link to the order enter program. Therefore, please verify that your shipping address is correct. Shipping information updates will likely be overlooked.

The images are representations of how our products will appear when installed. Please read the listing description, as many of the pictures will have multiple items, but the listing may be for only one item. The images are the property of Edna Faye Creations and may not be copied without our written approval.
Rustic Wood Details
We purchase rustic wood from a Certified Forestry Initiative supporting mill and forest. That gives you the reassurance that our products are manufactured under sustainable guidelines and procedures. We won't complete your order with lumber from Home Depot.
Our rustic wood has character and a personality of it's own. Along the board face and edges, it may have surface hairline cracks, knots, minimal wrap or bowing, and some saw marks. It accepts wood stain easily, and provides the depth and warmth of the early industrial and farmhouse period. It's the latest decor flair, which we have many of our items proudly displayed in our home.
Remember that "wood is wood". It varies from board to board.
Product performance
We can't warrent the product performance over the long term. If you discover some issues with your product, please request a return within the timeline of the return policies.
Warranty
No warranty is expressed or implied with the product. Please see our return polices for buyer remorse requests.
Return shipments due to incorrect address or refushed shipments
For shipments that are returned due to incorrect address or refused shipments will have a 20% restock fee plus outbound and return shipping cost if the item in in resalable condition. If the item is damaged during transit, the restock fee will be adjusted accordingly.
