We still have not received our item nor have we heard from the seller. We ordered as a piece of the suit for our Harry Potter themed wedding and have contacted the seller about when it would arrive, because it was supposed to have been here already. I am at this moment very disappointed

After ordering, this buyer attempted to bully their way to the head of the order queue through messages despite acknowledging that they had seen the lead time estimate when checking out. Their order was shipped precisely on time as specified through Etsy's system. I make items to order, in order, on the schedule which is shown in my shop, item, and shipping policies which Etsy synthesizes into an estimate for you at checkout. Please be assured that customers who place orders after you will not be shipped ahead of you and that you will receive the service which you select at checkout.
