All our products are made from a single piece of solid oak - completely without glue. The reason for this is simple: the health of our customers is our top priority. Many companies fail to disclose that the glue in glued wood can be extremely harmful to health. In particular, the widely used D4 glue, which is often used in cutting boards (especially end grain cutting boards), contains isocyanates, which are considered toxic and hazardous to health.Our products are made of purely natural solid wood - without any chemical additives. This not only makes them more durable and of higher quality, but also completely harmless to your health.

Paints and epoxy resins often contain substances that are harmful to health and even carcinogenic. Because your health is most important to us, we avoid any chemical coatings in any of our products.Another problem: varnishes and epoxy resins completely seal the wood surface, which means the wood's natural antibacterial properties are lost. Our solid oak products are therefore only treated with pure, resin-free linseed oil. This means the wood remains breathable, hygienic and retains its natural protective function - for a healthy home and a clear conscience.

Lacke und Epoxidharz enthalten oft gesundheitsschädliche und sogar krebserregende Stoffe. Da uns deine Gesundheit am wichtigsten ist, verzichten wir bei all unseren Produkten auf jegliche chemische Beschichtungen.

Ein weiteres Problem: Lacke und Epoxidharze versiegeln die Holzoberfläche vollständig, wodurch die natürlichen antibakteriellen Eigenschaften des Holzes verloren gehen. Unsere Produkte aus massiver Eiche werden daher ausschließlich mit reinem, harzfreiem Leinöl behandelt. Dadurch bleibt das Holz atmungsaktiv, hygienisch und behält seine natürliche Schutzfunktion – für ein gesundes Zuhause und ein reines Gewissen.

This can cause it to expand (swell) or contract (shrink).This effect is completely normal and is one of the special properties of solid wood.👉 Therefore, the specified dimensions may vary by up to approx. 5% depending on the ambient climate.During selection and processing, we ensure that the wood is professionally dried and stabilized so that deviations remain within normal limits.

Massivholz ist ein natürliches, „lebendiges“ Material. Es reagiert auf Schwankungen der Luftfeuchtigkeit, indem es Feuchtigkeit aufnimmt oder abgibt. Dadurch kann es sich ausdehnen (quellen) oder zusammenziehen (schwinden).
Dieser Effekt ist völlig normal und gehört zu den besonderen Eigenschaften von Massivholz.
👉 Deshalb kann es vorkommen, dass die angegebenen Maße je nach Umgebungsklima um bis zu ca. 5 % abweichen.

Wir achten bei der Auswahl und Verarbeitung darauf, dass das Holz fachgerecht getrocknet und stabilisiert ist, sodass die Abweichungen im normalen Rahmen bleiben.
