WATERCOLOR WEDDING MAPS: Booking for 2024 - 2025 Events
Turnaround time for custom watercolor maps, wedding map inserts, and itineraries is 10-16 weeks year-round.
SINGLE GREETING CARDS: We ship our single greeting cards First Class mail, there is LIMITED tracking (meaning the PO has no way to look it up on their end). But this helps make the whole transaction more affordable for our customers. Once the card arrives it will show DELIVERED this usually means it was delivered to your local post office in your zipcode. Sometimes Etsy will send a notification that it was delivered but in fact, it has NOT arrived in your mailbox yet, just your local post office. Give it a day or two and it should be in your hands.
The day the label was created is the day the package was dropped at the USPS post office. Most regular First Class LETTER mail takes about 2-6 days.
SHIPPING USPS: We are working to turn around your orders very quickly to allow for some extra shipping time needed. But the shipping timeframe is out of our control once it leaves our hands. Some tracking updates are also delayed on Etsy and USPS. If your order appears to be "hung up" please reach out to us to see if we have any answers for you-

Please add your Personalization wording in the "Notes to Seller" section when checking out. The names will be printed EXACTLY as you provide them to us. EIGHT21 Studios is NOT responsible for any misspellings.

Original Artwork
EIGHT21 Studios is the sole owner of the artwork that is used on the paper stationery. Buyers are not allowed to reproduce it in any way.
We are a proud small business, our logo stamp is printed on the lower back of each of our paper pieces, just like the "big guys". This is part of our branding and we feel it is very important for our growth. Thank you for understanding-
If you do not see it in our storefront, send us a convo, we would be happy to create the stationery you have been looking for providing it is in the realm of our artistic talents.
Yes, we happily do CUSTOM Stationery! If our production schedule allows. We are very busy with custom illustration work and would love to help if we can, but sometimes our workload doesn't permit us to. Let us hear what you are looking for!
Gift wrapping and packaging
GIFT- Need your item as a gift? We do not add the invoice to our orders unless it is requested. We also do not disclose the price of the item in the packaging.
Need a GIFT TAG to be printed for your gift? Put the information in the "Notes to Seller" section and we will make sure it has a note to go along with your gift telling the recipient who their gift is from.
What is the order turnaround time?
Our personalized stationery sets process in 1-3 business days. Please note that if a holiday should fall during the week, that is considered a non-business day for shipping. Custom items and Watercolor Wedding Maps are not included in this time frame.
Does my order come UPS or through the Postal Service (USPS)?
We generally ship all of our smaller orders via USPS and will send you a tracking number once the item has shipped. The delivery time will vary according to locations and distance. Note: we do not get a shipping tracking number on APO addresses.
We will do everything to ensure that your package arrives on time and safe. It is out of our control once we ship the items. We hope the Postal Service will take the same care that we do in making sure your package arrives and is safe. EIGHT21 is not responsible for lost or stolen items, although please contact us should they not arrive and we will discuss some of our reprinting options.
SIGNATURES REQUIRED on orders of $500 or more. Please request otherwise, if needed.
How is my order packed and shipped?
Our stationery sets are packed flat (unfolded) and sealed in a clear plastic resealable sleeve. Mailed in a rigid cardboard book flat mailer or bubble envelope for extra protection. Our folded notes have a blank canvas inside and are ready for your custom note, professionally prescored to slip into an envelope color of your choice.
Do I get a proof before my order is printed?
With a fast turnaround time, we do not automatically send proofs for each and every order. If you would like to double check the spelling, we will gladly send you a screen shot proof to confirm we have all dotted our "i's" and crossed our "t's". Please request a proof in the "Note to Seller" section when closing out your order.
