Custom and Personalised Orders are not Eligible for a Refund.

Please contact us First for any Other requests on a Card you like for a different Subject matter.

For example you like a Baby Shower card, and would like the template to be used for an Anniversary, this is a custom request.

Sending through this request without Permission will be Cancelled.

Most Orders are Despatched By 1st Class Mail this is not Trackable unless you Up grade your Basket.

Please avoid placing your order on the same week you need it, it may not arrive on time for you.

Royal Mail only considers items Lost after 10 days. So If Your item is delayed we will ONLY provide a replacement after 10 days.

Etsy delivery Dates are estimates, they are NOT a Guarantee. So please place your order in Good time at least 10 to 15 workings days (Weekends and Bank Holidays not included) before the event, to avoid disappointment.

We Do not Provide Refunds for Purchases that are In Transit (On its way) to you.

If you have a problem with your order, we will attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds are given if we are at fault only. So please check the details you enter for Personalisation, as wrong spellings, dates and wrong addresses will not be eligible for a refund.

Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

There are Royal Mail Delays, so please place your order at least 10-15 days or more before your event, to account for the Delays with Royal Mail.

If you place your order on the same week you need it, it may not arrive on time.

So please bear in mind Personalised orders, Sale Items, and Delayed Items are Non-Refundable.

We will only ship or despatch your purchase to the registered on Etsy only. If you have made a purchase and your old address is still on the system, your order will be cancelled and you will need to reorder your purchase with your updated address details. We will not accept updated address details in an email.

At the moment will not be accepting purchases with Personal messages to be added inside the Card. If You send a Message with a purchase, the message will not be printed. Please consider this before you make your purchase. If you receive your card without the message, no refunds will be given.

Please spend time to read the Policies before you make your purchase, as the policies still apply even if you do not read it,

Please check your email and spam box for this. Notifications are sent out on all Purchases.

Your Purchase's are despatched on time. We can never Guarantee you will receive your order by a certain date you have requested. Update your Basket if Needed. Your Purchase is handed over to Royal Mail to provide this service. This part is out of our control.

The Answer to this is No. Its Your responsibility to Provide a Correct Address to Receive Your item. Items returned to us as "No Such Address" will Not Be Refunded.
