Seller had some shipping and family issues so let’s not judge to harshly full refund issued by Etsy.

I ordered Chill Pill and over a month later it has not arrived and not one word from supplier as to why

It eventually came, Id not order again due to lack of communication. great wee puzzle but have had to chase a lot trying to get solutions and hints it was ordered with at current still nothing and getting reply’s is very slow if happens. The item I ordered beginning June and still waiting for email or posted hints etc on 8th July and have asked many time. I didn’t receive item till about 10 days ago 2 weeks later than expected and had to chase to get it at all. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired is friendly enough person when eventually get a response but it doesn’t take this long to send the product or letter! Other things ordered at same time from other sellers were here within days this took a month! And wasn’t right!

Great puzzle. Has nice weight and was fun to solve but I did find it very easy. Would personally say difficultly 3/10. Lovely desk fidget now that I solved it though.

I haven't solved it yet, so I can't say much other than the outside looks very nice. Very challenging so far!

I still have not receive my package

Wouldn't know about the quality of the product because I never received it. Only got a partial refund from Etsy as well
