This seller was the only one to respond that they were able to fulfill the order on time even though Etsy’s shipping estimate showed after the wedding. Shipping Damage
In the unfortunate event that you receive your order and it is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will need a photo of the damaged item AND the packaging. Once the damage claim is made and photos are received we will send you a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after 7 days.
Return Policy
Our items are custom made and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know. Happy and satisfied customers are extremely important to us and we want the opportunity to make sure that your experience shopping with us is excellent!
Canceled Events
While we feel that it is unfortunate for our customers to have to cancel events under any circumstance, we cannot accept returns , offer discounts or refunds in this situation.
Missing Packages
In the unfortunate event that your order shipment is reported as delivered by the carrier and you did not receive it, please notify us within 7 days to initiate a claim. Once the lost or stolen claim is made, our team will investigate with the carrier. If we determine the package was lost or stolen through no fault of your own, we will send you a replacement. We cannot accept lost or stolen claims after 7 days of reported delivery by the carrier.
