Custom and personalized orders
I offer custom and personalised orders, including engraving and changing the gemstones. Please write to me for any custom requests. Please do not add the personalisation request in the note to seller section at checkout, as many custom gemstone orders and all engraving orders are chargeable.
Sizing details
All my rings are true to size, and you can easily find out your ring size in the following ways:
- Use a ring sizer, easily found on Amazon and many other online stores.
- Pop into a local jewelry shop where they can measure any of your fingers with their accurate tools (they mostly do it for free as it takes less than a minute).
- Measure your finger using a ruler and a thread, and I can tell you the size based on the measurement you give me. *less recommended as slight errors in measuring can result in the wrong size reading.
For converting UK/Germany/EU sizes to US sizes, please contact me, I am happy to help!
Care instructions
I use 100% genuine 925 Solid Sterling Silver to make all of my jewelry, unless stated otherwise in my product description and all my gemstones are also natural, unless stated otherwise.
My Sterling Silver is both hypo-allergenic and nickel free so it won't turn your fingers green, but all Sterling Silver is prone to tarnish if not cared for and cleaned properly.
Please know that tarnishing is natural, and doesn't mean that the jewelry is not high quality or well made. 925 Sterling Silver is an alloy that consists of 92.5% pure silver and the rest 7.5% is a high quality alloy that contains copper, which when exposed to moisture, humidity, perfumes and other chemicals reacts to form the layer of tarnish.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my number one priority.
Please contact me within 14 days of your shipment arriving for any returns or exchange related queries, and please ship back your items within 30 days of delivery as only after we receive the item do we process your request. The return shipping costs are bore by the buyer, and any delays during returns due to customs or return custom fees is not our responsibility.
All return and exchange items must be unused unless specified by us, and should be sent back along with the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value. If the return package is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
