Exchange and return of goods
We accept the exchange and return of goods only if you received a product different from the one ordered, the product must be in its original condition, without traces of use, in order to make an exchange contact us within 3 days. Shipping is not paid by the buyer.

If the parcel does not arrive for a long time
If the package status is not updated within 30 days, you will receive a full refund

To measure necklace or choker size:
1. Use a thread or soft ribbon.
2. Wrap it around your neck.
3. Straighten it out, then measure from start to mark. That's your length.
To measure jewelry that doubles as a choker and bracelet:
Wrap a flexible tape or string snugly around your wrist.
Mark where it meets.
Double this measurement for the choker size.
Check for comfort by trying it around your neck.
Each piece includes a 5 cm extension chain for adjustments.
Example: A 17 cm wrist would need a 35 cm choker size.

Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.
Wrap it around your wrist, making sure it fits comfortably but not too tight.
Mark the point where the string or tape meets itself.
Straighten out the string or tape, then measure from the starting point to the marked point. That's your bracelet size.
