We would like to thank you for visiting our shop here on Etsy. Elephant Wallet is a small family-owned company from Poland. We design and make ultra-modern, slim and sleek wallets, card holders and other accessories that you need to carry with you on a daily basis.
All of our products are designed and produced with quality, functionality and minimalism in mind. Above all our mantra is “less is more” and we firmly believe that a great design includes necessary elements and nothing extra. Because of this, you will find that our items may look simple, but on closer examination, they are more complex than they appear and in some cases perform multiple functions in a single simple space.
Our wallets, for example are small and very compact in comparison to a traditional leather wallet, but can still accommodate over a dozen credit cards, business cards, coins, cash and even a memory card. Due to their small size and narrow profile, our wallets fit easily into your pocket unlike a bulging leather wallet that encourages you to carry extra items with you (like receipts) that you don’t need. Our designs work well for people who value minimalism and prefer to travel light.
All of our products are made from high quality materials such as aluminum, carbon fiber and rubber. We focus on high-tech professional production methods such as CNC laser machining that deliver a precision finished product. Our wallets are finished by hand to a very high standard and we take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 21 days of receipt. We promise to work with you to resolve whatever the issue may be whether it be a refund or replacement of an item. Please note that items must be returned to us to get a cash refund.

In the event that your item would arrive damaged please notify us immediately and please provide a photo and description of the damage.

NOTE: In most countries postal services outside of Europe does not offer a tracking option.
Polish Post provide a tracking information in the period from 3 to 20 days depending on the country.
Items will be shipped to the address you provide at check-out so please make sure the mailing address is correct prior to submitting your order.
Please allow 3-15 business days for your item to arrive. As a general rule, packages going to Europe arrive in about a week, and all other areas arrive within 2-3 weeks.
Please bear in mind that occasionally packages will get held up in customs for various reasons and that those things are beyond our control.
It is important that you understand your countries specific policies regarding taxes, VAT fees, etc as you are responsible for those. If you have any questions regarding those policies please contact your local postal service.
RETURNED PACKAGES:
Should your package get sent back to us due to being unclaimed or a wrong address you are responsible for any additional shipping costs if you want us to try to re-ship the item back to you.
LOST PACKAGES:
Should your package become lost during transit please contact us after 20 working days from the shipping date and we will work with you to try to locate your item.
