Payment
Payments are securely processed through Etsy Payments.
Prices are displayed in SEK, and payment is collected at checkout.
All watches are used and sold under the Swedish margin scheme for second-hand goods (Vinstmarginalbeskattning – begagnade varor). VAT is included in the margin and is not separately shown or deductible.
Orders will only be shipped after full payment has cleared.

Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment.
All shipments include tracking.
Watches are placed in a tamper-evident security bag and a video of the packaging process is kept for quality control.
Buyers should inspect packaging upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
Customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.
Once the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; standard returns policy applies.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer rights law.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrectly described or faulty.
Watches must be returned in the same condition including all original packaging, documents, and accessories.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item.
All watches are vintage and may show signs of age; these are not considered defects.

Warranty
All watches come with a 12-month warranty covering mechanical defects and workmanship.
Cosmetic wear, normal aging, water damage and damage due to mishandling are not covered. Full warranty terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

Additional Notes
Elevate Time AB reserves the right to amend prices, product descriptions, or offerings without prior notice.
Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability will be cancelled and refunded.
