📏Sizing👚
• All shirts are UNISEX sizing, please refer to the size chart in the listing photographs to determine your size.
• If you are not sure what size to order, you can measure a shirt you already own to see what size would fit you best. All shirts are best measured by laying on a flat surface.
• Shirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing.
• We do not issue refunds or process returns resulting from ordering the incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
🧼 Care Instructions 💦
To keep your items their best, use the following care instructions:
• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent & similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. NO fabric softeners.
• Hang-dry for longest life or tumble-dry on low.
• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the design area.
• DO NOT dry clean.
📬 Returns/Exchanges & Order Cancellations 📦 📧
All apparel is custom made to order...just for you. Once your order is placed, we cannot cancel it because the blank color/size is ordered right away from the shirt manufacturer & your shirt is sent into production almost immediately. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item you are purchasing in order to get the correct size.
However, if there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us letting us know of the issue immediately & also include a photo of the entire product (and packaging, if applicable), showing the issue.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week of receiving your item(s).
📬 Delivery issues 🚫
Wrong Address:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for re-shipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
📦 What if the order is lost in the mail? 😭
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! The costs of reprinting & shipping a replacement order for you will be covered.
