5 out of 5 starsThe customer service was amazing, really sweet seller & I hope everything works out for you. That being said, I can only review from my experience with the item. The quality was good, the navy was more royal blue than expected. Design was followed and executed well. It isn’t recommended to use on fabric, but I tried, and although other reviews said they could get the vinyl to stick to fabric—-mine did not. At all. Hate I couldn’t use the curated lettering for my event especially considering what I paid for it.
