Hi! Welcome to my page! I'm an artist and a musician. I consider myself a world citizen; I was born in the US, raised in Kenya, my parents are from Iran and I now live in Beijing, China.

My passion for art began in elementary school where it was basically the only subject I loved. In high school, I began painting watercolor landscapes and experimenting with black ink drawings. The Kenyan scenery is stunning and I loved sitting outside and painting in the garden. During college, I took a break from visual arts and pursued an interest in composing music and singing. Over the last 15 years, music has been my main creative outlet and I have released eight albums (you can hear my music on my website, https://www.elikamahony.com). Recently my love of painting has reawakened and I have immersed myself in painting with acrylics. One of my hobbies is making specialty cards for all occasions and friends have encouraged me to sell them sharing that they feel they are a unique blend of art and design.

I feel so blessed to be able to create what I love and to be able to share it. My hope is that my music and art will bring joy and upliftment to others.
