Beloveds,
When my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I experienced a pain that is very hard to explain with mere words. Watching her endure that battle was heartbreaking and life-changing for me as her daughter. I remember when she lost her hair because of chemotherapy. For most women, our hair is our crowning glory, so not only did I empathize with her, she had my sympathy.
I decided to shave my head. If she was bald, I wanted to be bald. I wanted to do all I could to help comfort her, take her pain away and most importantly, I didn’t want her to feel alone in that part of the journey. I would go on to shave my head multiple times.
What I discovered in the process of trying to regrow my hair is that grief is very real. Grief not only affects our emotions. Grief manifests itself physically.
After months of struggling with hair regrowth, I discovered that the grief of my mom’s cancer diagnosis, cancer battle and ultimate death caused me to suffer with hair loss. It was heartbreak that manifested physically.
Due to my experience at that time as a studying Naturopath, I created a blend of oils, creams, shampoos, conditioners and more, after trial and error that worked to not only restore my hair but to restore the hair of so many who suffer with many forms of hair loss, including alopecia.
Elissa Gabrielle Naturals will launch with the first in the line titled “Revival.” Revival Hair & Scalp Serum has a blend of time honored organic and natural oils. Revival Follicle Stimulant Hair Cream which not only hydrates, it restores lifeless and damaged hair follicles with pure ingredients.
Elissa Gabrielle Naturals was born out of pain. In my life, I’ve learned that God often uses our deepest pain as a catalyst to our greatest calling. The pain will lead us to our purpose.
Your suffering is not in vain. You are not alone. Help is here.
Love & Light,
Elissa Gabrielle
