For the price, the dress is really beautiful. The fabric is very thin (I would have preferred thicker layers), but as described, satin and velvet were used. The communication was great, and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. I received excellent advice throughout the process, and all of my wishes were taken into consideration. I can definitely recommend this seller! ❤️

Overall, I’m happy with my order and it turned out very close to what I was hoping for. There were two minor issues, but I spoke with the seller and we were able to come to an agreement to have them corrected, which I really appreciate. My only real criticism would be communication. I do wish the seller had been a little more communicative throughout the process, especially since this was an important expensive purchase. However, I also understand they are running a business and can get very busy. Despite the small issues, the overall experience was positive, and I’m pleased with how everything turned out. I appreciate the seller working with me to address my concerns, and I would feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I am absolutely in love with my beautiful bespoke wedding veil/ cape! I’m not a softy but it’s so so special I cried when it was added to my dress! I have had high expectations for this cape, I was every precise giving the seller the details about the cape details including my body measurements requested, the cape was supposed to be in satin, sadly the white external part of the cape was not actually %100 white, it was made of polyester similar to track pants, and the lining was in burgundy red, listed as satin but is similar to a plastic / polyester material, the packaging of the cape was unprofessional that it was simply wrapped in a plastic bag, although I have paid extra for express shipping, the cape arrived in a wrinkled condition the collar was messed up, and it didn’t have any cape clasp. Not worth the money and the bad customer service, as during my messaging with the seller she went hysterical and started to be dramatic with her responses rather than direct.

The suit is exactly as pictured. The trousers need to be taken in a little at the hips, but I'd rather they were too tight. Overall, my husband is very happy. I would gladly order again if the opportunity arises.
