Currently turnaround time for MOST of my items is 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Post office delays do happen thank you for understanding!!

Returns only on non-custom items that are damaged. If shipping back it is buyers responsibility refund will be issued after item is received. Refund is accepted within 24hrs of buyer receiving the item with photos of damaged item and of shipping box/bag if not shipping back (only on damaged item)

Custom items are refunded only if arrived damaged refund is accepted within 24hrs of receiving the item with photos of damaged item and of shipping box/bag

MOST OF MY ITEMS ARE SHIPPED PARCEL POST/FIRST CLASS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE FASTER SHIPPING PRIORTY MAIL FOR ADDITIONAL COST PLEASE CONVO ME, HAWAII AND ALASKA RESIDENTS it is highly recommended purchasing additional priority mail unless you don't mind the wait, THANKS.

Custom orders are welcomed...Anything is customizable just convo me.
International customers please purchase 3-4 weeks in advance for any special requests.

Make sure you order well ahead of time, although we create and ship these beautiful designs as fast as we can, the postal system can take longer than expected in some cases.
It is your responsibility to order ahead of time, we will not be held liable if your item does not arrive by a specific date if you did not upgrade your shipping.
