Custom and personalised orders
I glady accept custom orders, but I do not accept returns for them or for any of the wall hangings in my shop due to the amount of time it takes to create them. I will only accept returns if the item is damaged.

Care instructions
When receiving a hanger from me, simply hang it on the wall and you're ready to go! My hangers are very durable. Please do not wash them as it may make the strands fray.
