International Shipping
Please be advised that USPS international, First Class mail does NOT have insurance or detailed tracking information. If you chose to have your items shipped this way, we are unable to take responsibility for packages that may be lost or never updated as "delivered". USPS International, Priority mail does come with tracking and insurance. This means, in the event that something goes wrong, a claim can be filed.

Package showing "delivered" but I don't have it
Due to the limited tracking available for USPS First Class shipping method, we can not be held responsible for packages showing "delivered" but for whatever reason, have not been received. Please consider this when ordering.
If you have a problem with a package shipped vis USPS Priority, there is insurance for every package and we would be happy to help you file a claim for the missing item.
