Shipping
Almost all of our international customers receive there orders within 7-10 days but because International delivery times can vary please allow 30 days for dispatch to get in touch about a order not arriving, but of course if you have any concerns please contact us any time we are always happy to help.
Please be aware all delivery upgrades are only for the stamp not for fast track dispatch time.
If you have provided the wrong delivery address and your order has not been dispatched please let us know and we will happily cancel your order with a full refund so you can reorder with the correct delivery address.
If your order has BEEN dispatched we cannot offer a refund, unless the item has been returned back to us unused we will refund you the item cost but not the shipping cost. If you would like the item to be resent you will need pay the new shipping cost.
