Is this a physical product?
No. This is a digital download only. No physical print, frame, or decor item will be shipped. You’ll receive digital files that you can download, print, and frame yourself.
How do digital downloads work?
After purchase, Etsy will provide a download link so you can access your files right away. You can print your artwork at home, through a local print shop, or with an online printing service. Since this is a digital product, no physical print or frame will be mailed.
What file formats will I receive?
Most listings include high-resolution JPG and/or PDF files designed for quality printing. Please check each individual listing description for the exact file details included with that print.
Can I use these prints for commercial purposes?
No. All Ello Design Co. digital prints are for personal use only. Please do not resell, share, redistribute, edit for resale, upload to print-on-demand sites, or use the artwork commercially in any way.
Can I customize or request a custom design?
Custom designs are not available at this time. However, small edits such as minor color changes may be available depending on the design. Please send me a message before purchasing if you have a specific request.
What if I have trouble downloading my files?
Etsy will provide your download link after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your email, spam folder, or Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. Downloads usually work best from a desktop or mobile browser, not the Etsy app. If you still need help, send me a message and I’ll be happy to help.
If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send your download link to the email address used at checkout. Be sure to check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds are not available once files have been purchased/downloaded. However, if you have any issue with your order, please message me — I want you to feel happy and supported.
Where can I print my digital downloads online?
You can print your files at home, at a local print shop, or through online services such as Walgreens Photo, Shutterfly, Mpix, Staples, FedEx Office, Office Depot, or Walmart Photo. For best results, I recommend heavyweight matte paper, cardstock, or high-quality photo paper.
What kinds of products do you offer?
Ello Design Co. offers digital printable wall art for modern homes, nurseries, kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, gallery walls, and more. Each print is an instant digital download, so no physical item will be shipped.
What paper should I use for printing?
For a soft, high-end look, I recommend heavyweight matte paper or cardstock. For brighter color and a more polished finish, quality photo paper also works well.
