Files are automatically made available to download from the Purchases section of your account after purchasing:
𝟏. Sign in to Etsy.com from a web browser (not the app).
𝟐. Go to the 'Purchases' section.
𝟑. Next to your order, click 'Download Files' or a small gray arrow if on mobile. This goes to the Downloads page for all files attached to your order.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐃 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭
Apple ID accounts can cause unique issues on Etsy when finding your download via email.
If your Etsy account uses Apple ID and you cannot locate Etsy's automatic email, your files must instead be downloaded in the Purchases section of your Etsy account by signing in with the "Continue with Apple" button on a web browser. The Etsy App does not allow for downloading.
Many Apple ID accounts on Etsy have the "Hide My Email" option enabled from when the Etsy account was first created. This means your account refuses to give Etsy your email address, which is required to receive Etsy's automatic email to download. The automatic email is from Etsy's internal systems, and Sellers are unable to resend or forward it to a different email.
𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤?
In theory you could print it with your home printer on good quality paper. However, for optimal results when printing I highly recommended using a professional printing service over a home printer. I would also recommended to print on high quality paper such as Hahnemühle archival paper. But, your professional printer will be best placed to advise you.
W𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤?
Archival fine art paper with a slight canvas or watercolor texture will result in the most authentic art reproductions. If the print shop offers it, you can choose Giclee printing, which is a higher-quality print process that provides a better resolution and quality.
