She was thorough in checking the design was what I wanted before making a permanent change and was incredibly communicative. The product arrived in great time and is absolutely beautiful. El clearly has a great talent for embroidery and I'm very pleased with my purchase!

I came to El with a specific idea of what I wanted and she turned it into a beautiful design which was exactly what I was looking for. She consulted with me every step of the way from the pattern to the stitch colours and the end result is so perfect. I’m so happy with my finished t-shirt and I couldn’t recommend El highly enough.

I contacted El to ask if she could embroider a handkerchief that I have bought my fiancé for our wedding. El was extremely communicative, asking for photos of the handkerchief and advising what was possible, and then seeking my approval of fonts and placement before she started. She then sent a photo of the completed item to check I was happy before she sent it back. I am delighted with the finished product and can’t wait to surprise my fiancé with it on our wedding day. 100% would recommend El’s services!

El was so helpful throughout the process and the finished embroidery was even better than I imagined. My request was quite an unusual one and I really wasn't sure how it was going to turn out but I'm so happy. I'd definitely go to El again for any other embroidery needs.

What a woman! This brilliant lady stepped into the breach and embroidered my custom design when they failed to be done by my original person. She kept constant contact which made me feel reassured and the result is fabulous. I cannot recommend her enough.
