The candles themselves are very pretty and well made, but I felt the customer service was inadequate. My item arrived after almost 5 weeks, 2 weeks longer than the maximum delivery time frame. In that time there was no communication from the seller to let me know that the item was goi g to be late or why. In addition the item spent more than 1 week in pre-shipment meaning that the label was created, but the item was not dropped off at the post office. I would order this item again, but be cautious if you're in a hurry to receive it.
