My Story Behind My Shop!

My name is HAMZA OUFIR. I discovered machine embroidery back in 2013 when I bought my first embroidery machine just to play around. At that time there were only around 10 designs that were built in my embroidery machine. It didn’t take long for me to realize that 10 designs were boring and that I want to digitize something my own. And that is when all new world opened for me. I bought my first embroidery software and started to learn but this was not easy for me to do it myself so I thought I need to join a firm related to embroidery digitizing or sewing where can I learn many things.
On September 2018 I started work in a digitizing firm and I learnt many things from that digitizing company in previous 5 years and a few weeks ago one of my colleague told me why you don’t start your own digitizing company? Since you have lots of experience and you have magic in your hand, I said yes, I want to start my own company but I don’t really know where to start? He said don’t worry I know a wonderful handmade and vintage online marketplace where you can sell your digitized embroidery designs and can proved CUSTOM DIGITIZING SERVICES, as well. I said wow!!! That's would be wonderful please tell me the name of that online website? Then he told me the name that was “Etsy” So I don’t take any more time and came across Etsy and opened my Etsy shop with a name that was in my mind at the beginning. And I took few days to learn how to setup a good shop and get many Ideas by browsing other sellers shop here on Etsy and I saw that they are selling designs in multiple sizes and file formats, but at that time I don't have many designs in multiple sizes, so I decided to make some designs with multiple sizes and file formats, with perfection and most important thing is quality. So now you can see all of my embroidery designs I am selling here they all are manually digitized and no “auto digitizing” features are used. There are a lot of embroidery digitizers out there on Etsy and other sites I saw that sell designs that are “auto digitized” and this is why often you see so many jump stitches and color changes. It is important for me to sell TOP product and this is why I digitize my designs manually. It results in quality embroidery design that sews out quick and has as minimal jump stitches and color changes as possible. I offer multiple sizes for each design to make sure my customer can use my designs on different projects. I think that combination of options, price and most important quality is the right way to great embroidery design.
