Do I receive a physical product?
No. All items in our shop are digital embroidery files. No physical items will be shipped.
How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send a download link to your email. You can also download your files by going to:
Your Account > Purchases & Reviews > Download Files
What file formats do you provide?
We include multiple formats to ensure compatibility with most embroidery machines:
DST, EMB, ESS, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, XXX and more.
Please check each listing description for the specific formats included.
Can I resize the embroidery design?
Yes, but we recommend resizing using the EMB or PES file format in compatible embroidery software to maintain quality.
Can I use these designs to sell finished products?
Yes! You are allowed to use our designs to create finished physical products for personal use or small business sales (e.g., shirts, bags, gifts).
Can I resell or share the digital files?
No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the digital design files is strictly prohibited. Only the finished stitched product may be sold.
I’m having trouble with the files. What should I do?
Please send us a message on Etsy. We’re happy to help with any issues related to downloading, file compatibility, or usage.
Do you accept custom design requests?
