All digitizing is done in house!
I bought my first embroidery machine on impulse, convinced I was about to make easy money. Spoiler: I was wrong. I quickly learned that owning the machine was only half the battle — I still needed actual embroidery files. The software felt way too expensive at the time, so I turned to Etsy and started buying digitized designs.
But something was off. The files were dense, overloaded with unnecessary jump stitches, and honestly just poorly made. As the saying goes, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. So I invested in Wilcom Embroidery Studio and took online digitizing courses. That’s where my real journey began.
Now, I digitize all my own files and personally test every design to make sure it stitches out perfectly. And that path eventually led me to creating personalized sweaters — which have become my best‑sellers. I work directly with you to bring your exact vision to life, and the reviews speak for themselves.
And one more thing: don’t let other shops send your images off to “embroidery partners.” I take customer confidentiality seriously. Your images stay with me and are deleted once your design is complete and approved! I do it all myself to ensure you get the best quality my shop has to offer!
