How do I download my files after purchase?
Once payment is completed, you can access your files instantly from your Etsy account.
Go to Purchases & Reviews to download the ZIP file.

Therefore, it is highly recommended that you download your files immediately after purchase.
What is included in the folder?
ZIP folders usually contain machine embroidery files in multiple sizes for 4x4, 5x7, 6x10, and 8x12 hoops.
Included machine formats:
PES, VIP, EXP, HUS, JEF, PEC, JEF+, XXX, VP3, DST, TAP
Important:
The folder contains only machine embroidery formats.
Raw sketches, editable/source files, or embroidery design files are not included.
Additional information:
Each file comes with PDF templates showing thread color codes and stitch order.
Step-by-step PDF instructions are provided for complex projects.
If you need a different machine format, simply send me a message.
Can I resize the files?
Resizing may affect stitch quality.
If you have a special requirement, please contact me.
Is commercial use allowed?
Yes. You are free to sell finished products made from these designs.
However:
The digital files may not be sold, shared, gifted, or traded.
Files cannot be used as part of another digital product.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Digital products cannot be refunded once downloaded.
If the files have not been downloaded after purchase, a refund may be issued.
