We’re a small family-run shop built on a shared love for creativity and embroidery.
My name is Marina, and I am the designer and digitizer behind all of the embroidery files you see here. My husband Dmitry is the owner of EmbroideryMonkey and handles the technical side of the business, including customer support and marketing.

Together we make sure that every design in our shop is not only fun and creative, but also reliable, clean, and easy to stitch.

We started EmbroideryMonkey with one simple goal:
to provide high-quality machine embroidery designs that sew beautifully and make your projects easier and more enjoyable.

As the creator and digitizer, I carefully build each design with real stitch-outs in mind—clean underlay, smooth satin stitches, and balanced fills. Dmitry focuses on helping customers with downloads, troubleshooting, and any technical questions so you always have support when you need it.

✨ How My Designs Are Made

Each design begins as an idea or sketch. I digitize it using professional embroidery software, adjust stitch paths and densities, and test it on an embroidery machine to ensure it sews smoothly. Only after I’m happy with the stitch-out do I list the design in my shop.

1. How do I receive my files?
All designs are digital downloads. After purchase, your files will be instantly available in your Etsy account under Purchases & Downloads.

2. What formats are included?
Most designs include: PES, DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3, XXX, and more.
Each listing shows exactly which formats and sizes are included.

3. Are multiple sizes included?
Yes! Every design comes with several hoop sizes whenever possible. Size details are listed in each product description.

4. Can you convert a file to a different format or size?
Absolutely! If you need a different size or format, just send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

5. Are these physical products?
No. All items in this shop are digital embroidery files only – nothing will be mailed to you.

6. Can I use these designs for items I sell?
By default, all designs are licensed for personal use only.

If you would like to use a design to create items for sale, a commercial use license must be purchased separately.

With a valid commercial license, you may sell finished products made with the design. Reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital embroidery files themselves is never permitted.

7. I’m having trouble with my file – what should I do?
We’re here to help! Message us anytime with details about the issue, and Dmitry will assist with troubleshooting.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because these are digital files, we cannot accept returns. But if you have any problems at all, we will gladly help you resolve them.

9. How can I contact you?
