Digitizing and Fees are based on the details of your Logo or Crest.
Prices can range from $39.00 to $55.00..
So if you have a Logo or Crest that is not on our website , Please send or attatch a photo copy of the Logo you would like so that we can quote you a price according to the design.

Any order over $250.00 will be shipped requesting a signature on delivery

We Ship Priority Mail only .....after your label has been made..... you should receive your order four to five business days ,
We do not control the post office , if your not home to sign for your order you must pick it up at the post office ,


There has been problems with customer claiming they did not get there order after it was delivered , we as a company have no choice to let all customers know they would need to file a claim reporting they did not get there order after we got a confirmation being delivered, we have no proof if it was delivered or not . This is why you would need to file a claim at your post office
No refunds will be given .

You have 10 days to contact us if we make your order wrong for a replacement …No refunds will be made ….if your order has Rhinestones and your not happy with your order it would need to be returned to us once we receive the order back then we will refund your order or make you a new replacement ….also if we make a mistake on that order please contact us with in 10 day for a replacement again no refunds will be made
