CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS INFO

Custom order welcome! To customize your thing, please send me a message in "note to seller" section when you purchase!

Missing info will result in processing delays. I will message asking for missing info, if I do not receive a response within 48 hours your order will be canceled.

GIFT MESSAGE

Unfortunately, we are unable to include gift cards or similar notes in the packages.

We do not offer such services due to the volume of orders processed and lack of capacities to accommodate personal requests.

Address Changes & Wrong Shipping Addresses

Please double check your shipping address BEFORE placing your order. If you need to change your address after your order is placed please contact us a.s.a.p. (We can change the address only within 18 hours!!)

We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or delivered to incorrect addresses given by the buyer.

What if my package is lost?

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you are not in possession of it you will need to contact your local post office for assistance.

Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

What if my mug arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your mug arrives damaged, please provide us a photo of the damage and we will gladly send you a new one.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

When my mug will be shipped?

We are currently working on any open orders and they will be shipped on or before the ship date on your receipt. You can find your receipt in your order history and in your email, and tracking numbers will be sent to the email you have on file with Etsy. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please reach out via convo and we will respond as soon as possible.
