    Owner, Designer, Maker

I am a fashion designer, seamstress and corset maker. I love art and fantasy, as well as bringing dreams and visions to life, giving them real shapes. My point is to create pieces of art, that you can wear, feel and become a part of it.

Frequently asked questions

IMPORTANT: Seasoning!

If the your purchased item is a corset or includes a corset construction inside, then the proper seasoning of it must be done by the customer.

Seasoning your corset means slowly breaking in your corset. It allows the steel bones of the fabric to slowly mold to your body, makes the corset more comfortable and prevent from damages. Lack of proper seasoning means warranty loss.

Proper seasoning in easy steps:

1) always wear something between your skin and your corset, e.g. a cotton tank top, to save it clean and dry
2) first day you put on your corset and lace it loosely, it should feel like a gentle hug; not more than 4 cm waist reduction. Wear your corset 1-2 hours a day, pulling it gently down to hour hips from time to time as the new corset have a tendency to ride up
3) the next day lace your corset a little bit tighter (0,5-1 cm) and wear it again 1-2 hours
4) repeat the step 3 every day until you get the desired fitting and until you reach recommended seasoning time and it’s:

seasoning time:

- min. 30 hours for corsets up to 15 cm waist reduction
- min. 50 hours for corsets over 15 cm waist reduction
- min. 15 hours for garment with built-in corset construction
5) when you reach the minimum seasoning time, your corset is prepared for longer wearing. But your body may still need more seasoning time to feel comfortable in the corset. In such situations, please extend your seasoning process time how much you need. I highly recommend always to season your corset as long as you can to provide the best comfort.

Always lace your corset into parallel lacing shape like || , or /\ shape if you need more room for your hips, or \/ shape if you need more room for ribs or bust. But NEVER lace in () or )( shape, because it may cause damages!
