Once the package is delivered to the mail carrier, I can no longer be held responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned packages due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses, or delays in delivery due to weather or other causes beyond my control. Unfortunately, I cannot issue refunds for postage costs for delayed delivery or misrouted/lost packages as a result of a failure on the part of the mail carrier. Once I ship your order you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. Please note that I will not replace/refund a package if the tracking shows that it was delivered. Your local post office can help with locating a missing package.
