The file I downloaded isn't customized, why?
Yes, you bought a CUSTOMIZED digital design, but I haven't fulfilled it yet. I just needed a placeholder file. The customized text that you put in the order notes will be inserted into the design on my end of things! I will get it to you via the email listed on your account.
