I do not currently offer gift wrapping. However if you are interested send me a message and I will see what I can do and look into adding it as an option.

If your slime has arrives sticky this is normal, simply mix the activator powder provided in your "extras" bag with 250ml of warm water and follow the instructions provided. Do be carful when adding, just a little can completely change the texture of the slime and adding too much can ruin it.

If you have left your slime out for too log or added too much activator and your slime had gone hard you can try one of four methods:

-Run your slime under warm water for 3/5 seconds or until it starts to soften.
- Add any lotion to the slime and massage in gradually until you get your desired texture.
-Pop Your slime in a microwave for 3/5 seconds at a time

The best method
- add a few drops of glycerine (if you have any) and mix in. it will start to melt the slime almost instantly.

Your slime will be dispatched to you within 5 working days, You will then be notified as soon as it has been sent. Postage from that point will usually take 1-3 days inside the UK.

Once you have recieved notification that your slime has been dispatched it should only take between 1-3 days to arrive (not Including weekends). If by day 5 your slime has not arrived please message me and I will get back to you ASAP.

Over the Christmas period add an extra 2 days to any shipping times provided to allow for slower Royal Mail services.

As soon as your parcel arrives please take a picture of both the packaging and the contents and contact me as soon as possible so that I can chase the problem up.
All parcels are insured with Royal Mail and I will be able to dispute the issue with them.

Of course, its your slime you can do what you want with it.

If you have specific requests please contact me on here with specifics of what you would like to order and I will do my best to do any custom order you may have.

However please allow an extra week for all slimes to be made to order before shipping.

You are fully responsible for custom charges on your orders. I will do everything I can to prevent you from getting them, and provide all the correct information when you pay VAT.

However please be aware of what your countries rules are when it comes to importing goods from the United Kingdom, you you may have to pay 2-3x more to receive your item.

I can change shipping labels accordingly before items are shipped if they will help with this issue.

However Slimes are perishable and if you refuse the item I cannot refund you as the slime is still gone to waste.
