3 out of 5 starsThe ring looks nice and high quality, it’s comfortable as well. It felt a little small for a size 8, but it still fits, just a bit more snug than I would like. It took way longer to ship than originally stated.

4 out of 5 starsA nice ring - the size is correct - the engraving is done properly. The stones goes only 3/4 around. It took much tooooo long till it became sent and arrived. Still its a fine lovely gift

The star count is due to the fact that I ordered the first ring, discussed with the seller that i felt that the stone was too large for my hand, so I had asked for a smaller center stone. They told me they could do this and to order another ring, so I did. The second ring was the exact same size as the first. When I asked about returning them both, I was told I would have to pay for international shipping. Customer service response time was also not timely. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

2 out of 5 starsFirstly, the item didn't ship when supposed to and I didn't get tracking info so I sent a msg. I was met with vague and unhelpful info. When they finally shipped the item from India, The tracking info said they shipped it 5 months before I even bought it, so the estimates were wildly inaccurate! I was disappointed with the quality. Thinner than the image shows (in height) so it looks a bit cheap. The floral design seems slapped on. Half the ring is only flowers and half is only leaves rather than a mix of leaves and flowers. I got it on sale but the drastic price reduction should have been a clue. Not worth the discounted price! I've had better experience supporting local in bith quality and customer service!

1 out of 5 starsI ordered one for my husband and one for myself. The shipping time changed after I ordered them and messaged the seller to make sure they would be here in time for my wedding because when I ordered they would be. They assured me they would be here and they would express ship if needed. They did not arrive on time and we got them on Monday of this week and the plating is already rubbing off of them both. We had to reorder something different from a different company. I have been ordering from shops on Etsy for 13 years and this is the first bad review I have had to leave.

1 out of 5 starsI never received my item, and resolving the issue was extremely frustrating. Customer service was difficult to communicate with and was not helpful in providing a solution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
