I STILL haven't received my item and despite several messaged asking the seller what is going on? I haven't even had a response. Really angry!

Hi Kayley, I'm SO sorry for my slow reply! I had set my store to Holiday mode and for some reason it had opened itself back up and I had no idea I had orders! I am really, really sorry. This is so embarrassing for me. Can I offer you a full refund or would you still like this posted? I'm so sorry again! Emma

Where is my order?
Unless you specifically purchased tracked postage and packaging, I do not have a tracking number available for you. I charge for standard p&p which doesn't cover the costs for tracking, but I can track your order if you wish. Please contact me for more details.
My package was damaged in the mail!
I do not take any responsibility for when your product is damaged or has been opened through the courier service. Once I have posted the card, it is not my responsibility as the items are not insured.
For your consideration, and depending on the circumstances, I may offer a free replacement or refund.
What days do you ship your orders out?
I ship orders out every Monday and Friday. Peak times such as Christmas and Valentines Day- I ship Monday Wednesday and Friday.
How do I contact you?
The best way to contact me is through the Etsy website. Sometimes, emails may go into my junk folder and I won't see them straight away.
Custom and personalised orders
Please note, for me to begin work on custom orders, a deposit of half of the sale price is needed beforehand. This is to pay for my time and prevent working on orders which do not intend to be bought.
